How does the Cirkul water bottle work?
The Cirkul system consists of a reusable bottle, a lid, and a flavor cartridge called a Sips. As you drink, water flows from the bottle through the Sips, where it mixes with flavor. You can adjust the dial to control the intensity of your flavor.
How many fill-ups can I get from one Sips cartridge?
On a medium setting (dial set to 4), one Sips cartridge typically lasts for approximately six 22-ounce bottle fill-ups. Results may vary based on your preferred flavor intensity.
Are Cirkul flavors sugar-free and calorie-free?
Most of our flavor lines, including LifeSip and FitSip, are sugar-free and contain zero calories. We use high-quality sweeteners like sucralose or stevia depending on the specific flavor profile.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Free shipping is available on qualifying subscription orders.
Can I return my Cirkul products?
Due to the consumable nature of our flavor cartridges, we cannot accept returns on opened Sips. However, if you are unsatisfied with your hardware or have a quality issue, please contact our support team within 30 days.
How do I clean my Cirkul bottle and lid?
The Cirkul bottle and lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing the lid regularly with warm soapy water to ensure the valve remains clean and functional.
